Tour the rooms, meet the educators who’d be caring for your child, watch the place in action, and ask absolutely anything – fees, rosters, settling in, food, nap battles, all of it. Tours take about 30 minutes – and children are absolutely welcome. How they react to the place tells you more than we ever could!

Our Enrolments Process
1. Enquire & Book a Tour
Start your journey by getting in touch with us. We’ll invite you to book a tour, where you can meet our educators, explore our spaces, and experience our warm, nurturing environment. During your visit, we’ll chat about your child’s needs, your family’s routine, and answer any questions you may have.
2. Apply for Child Care Subsidy
Before your child starts, register for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) through myGov/Centrelink to access fee support. Be sure to get your child’s CRN and lodge your claim with Services Australia at least 28 days before their start date for maximum backdating.
3. Receive Your Enrolment Offer
Once a place becomes available, we’ll contact you with a verbal offer, followed by an email with all the details. You will be guided through the next steps to secure your child’s place in our community.
4. Complete Enrolment Documentation
To confirm your place, return your completed enrolment forms within 5 days. Once all forms are completed, you will receive your Welcome Pack and orientation information.
5. Orientation & Stay-and-Play Sessions
We understand that starting care is a significant transition for both children and families. We recommend a minimum of two Stay & Play sessions to help your child settle comfortably. Our centre manager will contact you to book these.
